'Kassel is surrounded by wooded hills and the town itself is covered with a patchwork of small forests, parks, and gardens. I moved here in 2001 to study at the University and School of Arts and Design. During my studies I started to work as an illustrator and founded a publishing house for graphic storytelling. Running my own company, that also includes a book store, brings joy in this rather small, but culturally vivid town and finding trees around every corner is a great way to balance busy working days.' - Rita
